Friday: Arrive. Settle In. Start Connecting.
The weekend begins Friday evening. Check in, register and start meeting participants arriving from different communities and parts of the country.
No rush. No packed agenda. Just an easy beginning to the weekend.
Saturday: More Than a Conference
Listen. Participate. Explore. Commemorate. Connect.

OPEN TOGETHER
Start the day together with welcome, featured voices, stories and culture as we commemorate America’s 250th.

STAKEHOLDER MINDSET
From observer to participant. Explore how we can participate with greater understanding, confidence and responsibility in the places where we already belong.

FUTURE BUILDERS
The larger gathering becomes smaller conversations. Meet across generations, cultures, professions and experiences. Bring your perspective—and discover someone else’s.

Commemoration
Mark the moment together. Gather near Independence Hall for our America250 commemorative group photo and become part of the record of this weekend.

Explore Philadelphia
Take the conversation beyond the conference room. Explore museums, historic places and the stories that shaped America.

CONNECT AFTER HOURS
The conversation doesn’t have to end. Experience Chinatown, share a self-paid dinner and spend informal time with new and old friends.
Sunday: Bring It Together. Build What Comes Next.
Sunday brings the conference back together to reflect on what we heard, exchange useful ideas and close the weekend with the Future Builders Charter Signing.

RECONNECT
Continue the conversation.
Return to the small-group conversations, people and ideas that deserve more time.

FUTURE BUILDERS CHARTER
From conversation to commitment.
Come together for the presentation and signing of the Future Builders Charter—a record of the principles and commitments developed through the gathering.

CLOSING & NEXT STEPS
Take something home with you.
Share final perspectives, recognize contributors and identify ways to stay connected beyond Philadelphia.
Join the Social & Commemoration Experience
Be part of the weekend without attending the full conference.
The $50 Commemoration Pass is designed for those who want to meet people, celebrate, explore Philadelphia, join the commemorative group photo, and enjoy selected shared and social experiences without attending the conference sessions.
It’s a flexible way to participate, connect, and be part of the gathering.

WELCOME & SOCIAL
Join Friday’s welcome, family and social activities.

COMMEMORATE TOGETHER
Join the historic group photo and selected shared experiences.

CONNECT TOGETHER
Join Saturday evening’s informal Chinatown gathering.

Come on your own. Come with colleagues. Bring family or a travel companion.
There is a place for you in the weekend.
